Mark moved to this area in 1981 to attend college and later worked in the defense industry while continuing college and getting married to the greatest woman in the world - that would be Melodi. God has been with Mark and Melodi through so much - financial difficulty, layoffs, new jobs, difficulty having children, foster care, adoption, relationships, and so much more! Mark has continued to learn what it is like to be a husband and father while holding God as the one and only priority in his life - which has allowed Mark to lead in the area of HOPE groups and discipleship at Living Hope since 2003. Mark and Melodi are so thankful for the opportunity to serve Living Hope with their children (yes, God did eventually bless us!) and their many, many friends. And if you're wondering about all those kids (Melodi and I love them all so much!), their names are John Mark, Joseph, Patrick, Hannah, Camille, Brynn, and Samuel. Want to know more about us? Invite yourself over to our house! There's always something going on (but I can't guarantee there'll be much food left - so come early!)
